You can change frequency, swap products, pause, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time from your account — no fees, no minimum commitment, no phone calls. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid that shipment.
Each subscription shipment is covered by the same 30-day guarantee as one-time orders.
Every order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the day your order arrives. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold Daniel's House harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site or our products, or your violation of any third party's rights.
