Every review here will be from a verified customer. No paid reviews, no incentivized reviews, no review-trading. If a customer received a free product (which we sometimes do for early supporters or content creators), that disclosure will appear next to the review.

We publish the critical reviews next to the positive ones — same algorithm, same visibility, no hiding. If someone gave us two stars and a clear explanation, you'll read it.
