Return what doesn't work.

30-Day Returns.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund. No restocking fee. No proving the product didn't work. No retention pitch.

This applies to every product on the site — single SKUs, bundles, subscription orders, even items you've already used.

How to Return.

1. Email daniel@danielshousewellness.com with your order number and which products you're returning
2. We send a prepaid return label within one business day
3. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location
4. Refund processed in 3–5 business days after we receive the return

Full vs. Partial Returns.

Full bundle return: Return the whole bundle for a complete refund of what you paid.

Partial bundle return: Return individual products from a bundle and get a prorated refund based on the bundle's per-unit price (not the retail price).

This keeps the math fair both ways. You don't get retail credit on items you bought at a bundle rate, and we don't claw back the discount on items you keep.

Build-Your-Own Tier Lock.

If you used the Build Your Own Routine picker, your discount tier is locked at purchase:

• Mix 3 (10% off): Tier stays at 10% on all kept items
• Mix 6 (12% off): Tier stays at 12% on all kept items
• Mix 9+ (15% off): Tier stays at 15% on all kept items

We don't retroactively drop you to a lower tier if you return enough items to put you under the threshold.

Subscription Cancellation.

Cancel or pause your subscription anytime from your account. There's no minimum commitment, no "two more orders required," no exit interview.

Subscription orders follow the same 30-day return window as one-time purchases.

Refund Timing.

• Credit card: 3–5 business days after we receive the return
• PayPal: 1–3 business days
• Store credit (optional): Issued instantly when we receive the return — worth 110% of the refund value if you'd rather have credit than cash back

Damaged or Wrong Items.

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong items, email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.
