Every order over $75 ships free, anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.50.

• Processing: 1–2 business days from order placement
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within the contiguous US
• Expedited delivery (UPS 2-Day): Available at checkout for $14.95
• Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5–8 business days, additional rates apply at checkout

Tracking & Updates.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Real tracking from USPS or UPS — not a fake "shipment created" status that sits for 4 days.

Our 3PL fulfillment partner ships from Florida, which keeps transit times tight for most US customers.

Subscription Shipping.

Subscription orders ship on their scheduled cadence (monthly, every 2 months, or custom). You can pause, skip, or change your cadence anytime in your account.

Subscription orders use the same shipping policy: free over $75, $6.50 flat under.

International Shipping.

We're US-only for our first year while we tighten the operational baseline. International expansion is on the roadmap for Year 2 — sign up for the waitlist to be notified when shipping opens for your country.

Lost or Damaged.

If your package shows as delivered but didn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
