Can I refer myself?

No — referrals are for new customers other than yourself. Multiple accounts to game the system will get both accounts suspended.

What if my friend already has an account?

Your link won't apply for them — referrals are first-order only. If they've never ordered but signed up for the newsletter, they're still eligible.

Can I use my $15 credit and a promo code on the same order?

Yes — referral credits stack with most promo codes and subscription discounts. Some promotional codes (like "free shipping" or "double credit days") may have stacking restrictions noted at use.

Do referral credits expire?

No. Stack as many as you want, use them whenever.

What if my friend returns their order?

If a referred order is returned in full within 30 days, the corresponding $15 credit is reversed from your account. Partial returns don't affect your credit.
