The Promise.

If your Daniel's House products don't work for you within 30 days of arrival, return them for a full refund. No restocking fee. No "are you sure?" survey. No proving you tried hard enough.

We're not afraid of returns because we build the formulas to actually work. If they don't work for your skin or your body, we'd rather have your trust than your $48.

How It Works.

1. Email us at daniel@danielshousewellness.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and which items you're returning.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
3. Refund issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return, back to the original payment method.

Full or Partial Returns.

Return the entire order for a complete refund. Or return individual items from a bundle and get a prorated refund based on the bundle's per-unit price.

This keeps the math fair: you keep your bundle discount on what you choose to keep, and you don't get retail credit for items you got at a bundled price.

Build-Your-Own Returns.

Build-Your-Own routines follow the same 30-day window and prorated rule, with one nuance: your discount tier is locked at purchase. If you ordered Mix 9 at 15% off and return 4 products, you keep your 15% discount on the 5 products you kept — we don't drop you back to Mix 6's tier retroactively.

What's Covered.

• Any product you don't love, for any reason
• Empty bottles — yes, even if you've used the whole thing and it didn't work
• Allergic reactions (please tell us — it helps us flag formulas)
• Bundles, individual products, and subscription deliveries

What's Not Covered.

• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Gift cards and gift card purchases
• Items damaged after delivery from misuse (we'll work with you on case-by-case judgment calls)
